What a great class today!! A big Thank You to Peggy!! Today we had Peggy from Florida Arts and Dance studio come and teach us how to become beautiful and graceful dancers...well maybe not graceful. The kids had a great time as they got to dance and participate in ballet exercises with their mommies. We learned some new breathing techniques and new ways to get our kids involved in our workouts.
